RecommendedI am NOT staff. I have lived here nearly a year. I LOVE this place! They don't have a high student ratio like other extremely noisy places. Staff go above and beyond. Office admin are helpful and sincerely friendly. Pool is great and always clean. Quiet? I could swear the apartments beside and below me are not lived in. Most apartments overlook the pond as it's a circular design. The location is minutes away from everything, including the ocean. Nice apartments great Maintenance staff. Great grounds with lake in middle with fish and turtles.
Great place to live. It's very clean. Apartment repair requests are completed quickly. Leasing office staff are always friendly and welcoming. Maintenance staff workers do a great job and work well together. Current resident 11/2018.
