Really pretty surroundings...lots of trees. Landscaping is beautiful. Very cool lizards and iguanas (don't freak out....there's only a few iguanas), maintenance is professional, prompt and friendly. The front office staff is helpful and friendly.

Halfway thru my 6th year. Will be moving to the renovated unit right next to me later this month. The units are all being completely renovated as they are vacated. I didn't want to wait until April. I love the building I'm in, nice lake/fountain view. ZRS has been doing great things since taking over. Thanks!
