Recommendedyes we think the park is kept well and we enjoy the .pool. Lots of New people moved in. We try to Welcome them and say hi if they are outside.
This is a very nice well kept hideaway in the city yet in the country and close to all of your needs. Some very special people live here. Our winter haven! love it!

Great place to live
We've been here over four years and have enjoyed it. over all good neighbors.
Worst place I've ever lived. Most of the residents are rude and try to tear people down to other people. Park rules do not apply to everyone. They raise the rent every year more and more to simply line the owners pockets. The surrounding area is quite trashy with a lot of drug activity. If you love to gossip and spread lies then this is the perfect place for you.
A great community with a cozy setting, off the beaten path. Very happy all around.
