We started with fried green tomatoes which were wonderful. Shrimp Diann was outstanding. Oyster sandwich was yummy. Cajun macaroni was the best. We were too full to try the famous bread pudding but will next time!

Food was delicious and service was excellent !! Will definitely eat there again when I’m in the area.
This is one of our favorite places, but tonight there were several issues. Hubby's shrimp and grits were very good, but my grilled shrimp left a lot to be desired. Very busy as usual, had to wait to be seated while there were available tables and it was the end of the night. So.... While this remains one of our faves, we were disappointed tonight.
Great food and a complimentary cocktail with Sunday brunch recommend
This place was recommended by a fellow camper, who said it was the best seafood he had ever had. We agree! It’s a small older building, out of the way. We were asked if we had reservations. We did not, but we were seated immediately. Food arrived quickly. Fish was fresh, cooked exactly right. Everything handmade. Down to the Cocktail sauce. Totally recommend it. Don’t be thrown off by the building.
