I needed to get my tires rotated after getting my oil changed at Valvoline down the road. Valvoline offered to rotate my tires, but they said that I should call Fisher Tire to see if they might do it for free since my tires came from them. After hearing that, I decided to give Fisher Tire a call and they said that they would do it for free since the tires came from them. So, I was like Great! Visiting from out of town on Father’s Day weekend and picked up a screw and nail in the construction around our daughters apartment and found it in the morning when leaving. Fisher Tire gave us amazing Service, thanks Dan for getting us on the road fast! They found a crack in my driver side rear wheel as well despite just getting a tire rotation at the dealer. Based on previous owners carfax visits I’m pretty sure they were trying to figure out the slow leak and didn’t figure it out. Great service and super friendly!
I made an appointment (6/9) over the phone for a new tire for the next day and gave them my tire info for a tire installation. The next day I show up for my appointment and was told that they had not ordered the tire for my car and that they were behind and because of this that it would take up to 2 hours or more for my car to be fixed (this is at 2pm). I ask to reschedule and was told that they could do Saturday early at 8 AM. I agree and show up on Saturday a little before 8. I waited 2.5 hours to have a new tire installed... read more
