I contacted Fisher Plumbing by phone needing to have a hot water valve replaced, which would not seem to be a difficult job. I needed the valve replaced so a new dishwasher I had purchased could be installed. When I first called them, I asked them to email the plumber’s license and Certificate of Insurance to my condo management company. One week later, and after five phone calls, they still had not emailed these documents. They were rude and unresponsive on the phone, had promised to contact me and completely failed.
