Wanted a whole house window replacement done. Didn't get several windows done because they didn't measure when they came out for initial estimate and didn't want to come back out for the additional work. Made repeated visits to their shop where on one occasion, we waited 40 minutes for our Customer Service Rep. He was out of the office, but they don't tell you that. I'm sharing this for a friend. Morrie Sheets Just wanted to share with all my friends and associates. I strongly suggest that you not use Fisher Lumber and Supply on Taft street in Wichita. The worst service and worst management ever. Cannot place a order because you cannot get help. Remodeling a project in Wichita. The salesman acted like we were bothering him the whole time. Just sat at the desk until we really started asking him questions. He was a jerk with all his answers. Finally pawned is off on another lady who was decently nice. All together though we will NOT be buying from them. Not a good experience.
So easy and very professional. Delivery was on time, and they provided top-tier customer service! Highly recommend, and I will be back without a doubt!
