We are a military family and we visited fisher in a Saturday. Talk about friendly staff! Genuine smiles on their faces you could tell they enjoyed their working environment. I want to point out two special staff members Debbie Bomhower and Alex Mendoza. I can’t say enough about them, they knew their job I side and out, they were courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Never, ever have I been so let down by a dealership. I am STILL waiting for my window trim that was torn off when they washed my car after a recall. I have been there 5 times in 8 months and no one ever can find it or tries to remedy the situation. This is my 5th Jeep and I will never buy another because I refuse to have Fisher service my vehicle. And by the way, I speak english and would expect to be spoken to in english as a courtesy.
