Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership service department. Wife had the equally bad experience with her GMC Yukon a few years back over some interior clips and a stereo. My fault for giving them a chance. Looks like anything beyond an oil change is rocket science for their crew. I would never buy anything from them. We bought a new Jeep and 2 Chevys this last year and bought them out of town because of the way she was treated. Second time I have required the assistance of a mechanic in Yuma while hauling a trailer from Phoenix to SD. In both instances they were exceptionally helpful and got me the help I needed and back on the road in a hurry. Most recently they did not have a diesel mechanic available. But the reception folks went above and beyond,calling several other places to find someone to work on my truck.
