I bought my car in Sept. and took it in 4-5 times for transmission noises. Each time getting worse. Since GM has a bulletin out on some noises the transmission can make, the service staff would not look into it. In fact, they even stuffed material into the linkage to "dampen" the noise. Told me that's all they could do, and I would have to go through GM for anything else. Like I wouldn't. My visit to Chevy made me feel very welcome! VIP Frank and Eduardo were helpfull and some of the nicest people I have met. They treated me with respect and curtious. Eduardo made sure I always new what was going on while I waited. Both Frank and Eduardo made sure I was satisfied with what kind of car I got and the price of the car not to mention the payment! Let's just say they helped me out! If you are looking for a used car or brand new car I suggest you go take a look at Chevy and ask for the VIP manager Frank.
I had to get warrantee work done on my Canyon and this Dealership took my truck in immediately even though I bought it from a different dealer. Their service department is second to none and their customer service is unbeatable. This will be my service center from now on. I live in Imperial County and this Dealership provides the service I wished I could get at home

I took my mom to buy a car had some great and friendly customer service starting with the manager Frank Ochoa the salesman Joe Partida and ending with the finance Luis they all were very nice and took their time finding the perfect car for my mom as well to fit her budget thanks guys !!! Stayed at work late til they were done helping us without rushing us. Keep up the good work #1
