I'm 61 and on Social Security Disability. I have cardio-vascular issues and a stent. I was seeing Dr. Fisher until one day his nurse called, I guess he didn't have the guts to do it himself, to tell me that he wasn't taking Medicaid patients anymore. I qualify for 'Extra Help' so Medicare pays 80% and they get the other 20% from Medicaid. I guess he couldn't figure that out. Any, out of the blue, she told me I was dropped as a patient.
