For the love of all that is good, PLEASE consider updating your equipment. You company spends at least 3 hours, twice a week, landscaping a condo property in Crystal Lake and the gas powered motors, blowers, etc are so LOUD. You have several workers on the property, it shouldn't take this long. It is terrible as a resident who rotates to the night shift and requires sleeping during the day.
We’ve worked with this landscaping company for years. They do very detailed, high-quality work and offer great, competitive pricing. Consistently reliable and professional—highly recommend.
I think you need to send your drivers back to driving school. This driver parked in a parking lot taking up 3 spots that happened to be closest to the business door. And it's pouring down rain and I had to park farther cause of his ignorance.
Very rude employee swearing at me in Spanish because I asked him not to place his heavy equipment on my property where they are not working. Will never recommend this company moving forward.
