Jim and others at Fisher Buggies just handled some freshening up of my Deserter GT dune buggy. I had them replace the ball joints, do a tranny swap and then building a very sweet running 1641 engine. The whole experience was just as you would want it, accurate, professional, timely and more or less on budget although I did add things as the project evolved. We’d attended BugJam in Pasco County and had some issues upon our attempted return. I remembered Fisher Buggies from VW magazines from the 1990’s, so set a course for their shop with our fingers crossed. The next morning, Mike and Jim listened to our problems, then diagnosed and repaired our Bus by the end of the day on Monday. We were able to return home today and had no more than minor issues. Thank you so very much, we will be back soon!
