Bob Brotherton and Craig Fisher went above and beyond in getting my Accord back on the road. There was a problem with the warranty and they went out of their way to work with the extended warranty people to get me covered. They didn't give up until the job was done. Can't say enough good things about this dealer.
I work Tuesday thru Saturday so Monday is the only time my car get a service when it is due and the folks at Fischer Honda do a great job of servicing my vehicle in the morning with a shuttle to take me home to do errands and picked up once service is completed. I did not buy my vehicle through them but always an exceptional service.
Carol and I recently bought a Honda CR-V at Fisher Auto Group. Doc O’Connor led us through it. He did a great job. Through every part of it he advised us and kept us on target. After we were through the paperwork he spent time coaching us through the technical aspects and the complex nature of the car. Without his knowledge of the car’s technical nature, we would have been swamped.
I had my previous vehicle, a Honda Accord, serviced at Fisher Honda for 10 years, always expertly and so courteously. So, of course, when it came time to purchase a new vehicle last year, I bought my Honda HRV there as well. Harry, Lynda, and everyone else assisting me at Fisher Honda always make me feel like I am their most valuable customer. This is a superb dealership!
