I went over there at 6:20 because they are open until seven and they told me they were closed at 6:30 even though it wasn’t even 630. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Salesman were very knowledgeable about the new 2019 RDX. This is my 5th Acura since 1989. Overall the process was fast. Only disappointment was the lack of discounting in this new model. But I must say they were up front about it. They did discount the heated steering wheel that my wife wanted as a dealer installed option. I would say this is one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had. It was certainly one of the quickest.

As a young female, I was told by Rich that I would not be taken seriously and he would not talk pricing with me until I brought my boyfriend in who was "the ultimate decision-maker" which was not true. I am a young female with a Master's degree in engineering and am perfectly capable of understanding numbers as well as deciding which car I would like to be driving. Don't go here if you are a female expecting to be treated with respect!
Great dealership. I bought from another dealership only because Fischer didn’t have the new model I wanted and I was under time constraints due to my only vehicle being totaled. Would have much preferred buying from Fischer. They were very nice and concerned that I get the vehicle I wanted. 2019 RDX is awesome!
