Monica is unprofessional, not clear in pertinent details, projecting, and most likely gets paid off of the collection of their application fees before you can even schedule to tour a property. Very bad business. I would be extremely frustrated if I were a homeowner using this company to list my property. Monica L. said I could drop off my paperwork and fee to “any of the locations”. Never in my life have my husband and I had such a terrible experience trying to purchase a home from a KORE FISHER. I have worked in the customer service field for 13 years and have never experience a more unprofessional and rude realtor in my opinion. We had a VA Loan and our offer got accepted and sent over a $500 down deposit for the house. VA loans aren't required to have a down payment however, we put $500 down to show we were very interested.
