At the Fisher Apts. We dealt with Andrea. The apt. Ended up with black mole that Andrea refused to fix it. My son moved out the end of September and we have been waiting on his deposit it is now January and Andrea has not returned any of our phone calls. This is theft. And she should be prosecuted .
