VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – Salespersons make statements the company will not stand behind. We have had two very bad experiences with them, but have learned our lessons. Consumers are paying top dollar for rude treatment should "follow-up" be necessitated. I encourage potential customers to seek their products elsewhere with a company that uses "service" as part of its customer service philosophy rather than this company.
