BUYER BE (VERY) WARE!!! The young woman had a very hard time getting my order correct. When my order finally did arrive (6 weeks later!!) it was not the color that I asked for. When I realized what had happened I phoned Fishels and spoke to a very sour sounding woman. Fishels would neither return my funds or exchange claiming that is was a special order. Bella Furnishings was very polite and able to get my order to me in a week. A WEEK!! NOT SIX WEEKS!!! AND $500.00 LESS!!

BUYER BEWARE! Sales personnel make statements and give written price quotes the company will not stand behind. We have had two very bad experiences with them, but have learned our lesson...extremely poor, potentially deceitful, business practices. BUYER BEWARE if you are getting weird or bad vibes there is a reason for that. I encourage potential customers to seek their products elsewhere with a company that uses ""service"" as part of its customer service philosophy rather than this company.

Poor customer service – Went in today inquiring about a replacement part. I was berated and treated very rudely in front of other customers and sales staff. From reading other reviews it looks as if I am not alone. I feel sorry for the lady that was so rude to me, she seems to be really unhappy.

I like Fishels! – All of my experiences with Fishel's have been positive. When I call or go into the store (on MLK), the staff members are always very nice. Jayne Kirk is the sales person I work with. She knows everything there is to know about her products, always makes me feel welcome and doesn't mind answering questions. What I appreciate most about Jayne is that she has a great design sense.

No complaints! – In contrast to some previous reviews, I have found Fishel's to be exceptional in meeting my designing needs. I was fortunate to connect with Laura Mason, a delightful salesperson on the floor a couple years ago. I've been shopping there for several items since, and It's always helpful when the salesperson remembers details concerning your family and lifestyle, so you don't have to repeat. Fishels Furniture – Fishels has a nice selection of upscale outdoor furniture. BEWARE! Once you order and they take your money, the customer service stops there!!! Don't expect any prompt resolutions to any type of flaw or incorrect order received.Of course, unless you ask to speak to the owner, Larry Talbot,.( who doesn't have the business sense or manners to pick up the phone and return your call personally) and then action is finally taken to correct your problem by the salesperson. AWFUL VIBE – I took my daughter with me to the store, in hopes of furnishing her room. I was stunned to hear VERY berating language directed toward employees. I immediately turned an left. This was CLEARLY NOT a professional response in any given situation. Actually it appeared to be directed toward the staff in general. I don't care if they were giving things away. I will NEVER come back.

WARNING: DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM – When I purchased my first home recently I wanted to also furnish it with nice upscale pieces that I would have for many years to come. Thus I was willing to spend more money to do so. Fishel?s seemed to have the contemporary look I enjoy, and the sales person was most helpful?at the time. Poor service – The other reviewer's comments about poor customer service are spot on. We bought furniture from them two years ago and have been involved with them ever since due to problems with what we ordered. My entire experience with Fishel's is dominated by a lack of returned calls, no follow up, and outright lies about when/what I could expect from them. I will not buy from them again. You simply should not have to go through so much effort to give a place your business.
