Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

We came for happy hour and had a blast. The food was great and I saw many great plates passing by us. We kept saying "We have to try that". First time will not be our last!!!

I have been here several times. Food is good. Service is good. Need to book a table as fills up at 6pm. It's my 4th choice behind Capital Grille, Flemings and Ruth Chris. It's ok apart from too noisy, like eating at Grand Central Station. The fact it's always busy, shows it's good. People who complain are really upset about the prices. So make up other complaints about food and service in my opinion. My server Clinton was excellent.
Not bad.... Slow but not bad. Its no Capitol Grill though...
Each time I visit Lake Mary FL, I stop in for happy hour. Great food and great service!
We always see a lot of people there but their food is only mediocre. Wait staff hit or miss. Pricey. Not our 1st choice by any means. We have tried and tried and have taken advantage of their special deals thinking it may have improved but it's never overwhelming.
Everything was great. The food and the service was wonderful. We will be back, great experience.
This is my first review ever. Wanted a great date night restaraunt. First the wife's water glass was dirty. We ordered oysters. They were gritty and the shucker has pieces of she'll in them . Then we get our bread MMMMM THAT IS GOOD STUFF. but our plate was dirty. Then we get our salads . Well that was a disappointment they were covered in crushed olives. We both Hate olives. .
