I was very excited to go to Fishbones for the first time. I heard good things and was looking forward to the evening. We had reservations at 7:30 and was seated right away. The waiter was friendly but it took a very long time to get our drinks and appetizers. It took an extra long time to get our food. Poor service. Poor food preparation. Poor management skills. Food orders were incorrect. Steaks were undercooked and served cold. Managers went from table to table the entire night talking their way out of good service. Just help your staff and stop talking. Open kitchen sounds like construction site as you walk by. Will not return. Will recommend to everyone I can not to go there. Disappointing experience to say the least.
Had a fantastic dinner last night! Our server was very sweet and engaging! Be back soon!!
