Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

Compared to other dining in Central Florida - this was a nice surprise. Salad and sides included on appropriately priced meals. Fantastic meals. I did not give it 5 because my steak was over than under cooked but when they did get it right it was out of sight. This is a relaxed paced place, but service was better than very good.
This place is overrated. Be careful of the floors they're very slippery and easy to fall and hurt yourself.
Our servers Clint and Curtis were quite the dynamic duo!!!! Chef special was fenomenal, entire meal was wonderful but in order to get the 5 stars the service has to be impecable and it was!!!! Will always be in our top 5 😎
My red Snapper was completely raw and it was not sushi style. As a business owner I would offer a discount or another glass of wine. This was my first time trying FISH bone and the fish was uncooked. I still like going fishing and cooking my own better.❤️🐠But looks great.
Food and service were excellent. Wait staff very efficient
My birthday dinner : If there was a less than 1 it wouldn't improve the 140.00 raw lobster tale, well done filet mignon that was ordered medium and raw ribeye that was ordered Med. when the Mgr asked would you like me to have your meals re-cooked I said I could do that at home myself �. But we were comped a slice of cake� What a joke
