FishBones is a modern seafood, steak & prime rib restaurant offering the freshest just caught seafood flown in daily. Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

Hostesses were more interested in talking with each other than welcoming customers. We were seated an a small 2 top table in a corner despite the dining room being almost empty. Slow service. Salad was slightly brown and wilted. Waiter forgot to put in appetizer order and took forever to get 2 glasses of wine. Texas Roadhouse has much better steaks. The Madagascar Shrimp was slimy on the shell side. My carrots were awesome though!!!!
Had drinks and sushi at the raw bar during Happy Hour this evening. We were dressed very casually, we are older, it was our first time. The manager greeted us at the bar and made us feel extremely welcome. He made sure we had a server, got us our drinks, and checked in on us. The sushi was delicious and from where we sat we were able to watch the sushi chefs preparing beautiful plates. We will definitely go back! Great server Cassidy (from Oahu) made our meal awesome. We usually come for happy hour but thought we should give the dining room a try. Filet done perfect. Special request for salmon and iceberg salad preparation executed with ease. Cheesy doughy bread delicious. Nice wide wine selection by the bottle from $40 to the moon. Too small of a selection by the glass though. Good value compared to places like Ruth Chris and Capital Grill, where their entrees are all ala carte. Fish bones includes salad and a side.
My daughter treated me to dinner on Mother’s Day. We both had escargot as appetizers....yum. I had Salmon Oscar with whipped potatoes...scrumptious! My daughter had Blackened salmon with a baked potato....delicious!House salad and garlic bread...nice. Our waiter, Noah, provided excellent service. Management came around to tables to make sure that everyone was pleased with food and service. I really was happy with FishBones. Our server was very good, knew the menu items well, was prompt and observant. The food was excellent in both taste and presentation. The house salad is simply outstanding among salads. My Prime Rib was the best I have had apart from my own at home.

I've been here 3 times the first time was fabulous second times was Valentine's Day and the third time was last night. I will say the first and the third were great last night our server was amazing. The food was great. The only thing I was sad about was I wanted to drink but I had from the first time and they no longer had it �� . My steak was on point my husband got fish he said it was a little dry but we fix that. I'm happy I gave them another chance. I understand Valentine's Day was busy so I guess I'll give him that.
