Fish-tale Marina could let you know before spending a day on their rental boat that mosr of the ladder on the boat is missing. When asked about why no ladder and why not alert customers, the answer was "it's on the list to be repaired."Even though at the end they ask "How was everything?" They don't really care. In fact they acted surprised " no one told you?" but then didn't redress the situation further.
