I think we’ll stick to the printed menu and shy away from the chalkboard from now on if we go back. Two tries and they still didn’t get the salmon cooked enough. Indifferent waitstaff neglected to follow-up.
I just went for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last. The food was amazing and full of flavor and my waiter was awesome. Awesome experience.
Loved it! My daughter & son-in-law took us out to Fish City Grill for my granddaughter McKenna’s 10th birthday. Soup samples were yummy & a nice touch. Gumbo was the best — yummy, thick roux — some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Shrimp & Grits was very good. Drinks were very good. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m out here from North Carolina.
Chargrilled oysters were better than the ones from ACME in NOLA!! Emily was the sweetest & all the staff that served us were so nice & knowledgeable. Bloody Mary's were on point, all the seafood tasted fresher than when you get it on the coast. New favorite restaurant for sure!!
We love Fish City in Flower Mound and have for years! We do miss the Mexican shrimp cocktail - bring it back please. Tonight we had fish tacos, shrimp tacos and gumbo - great as usual - like the beignets too.
They brought me 5 samples to the table, the food was piping hot! My server was attentive, excellent service and the fried catfish was the best I've ever had.
We just returned from dinner and it was our first time. The dinners we amazing and the manager knew it was our first time and he sent over sampler soups and fried oyster tacos. Absolutely fabulous and we will be back bringing more friends. The prices were more than reasonable. Try it, you won’t be disappointed !!
