Nice guy but no fish in the store. Looked at a couple of aquariums they cleaned and not impressed.

We have had nothing but great experience’s with Fish & Frags...... Very knowledgeable, very patient , very supportive .. Our tank sprung a leak at 3am an who was there ...... Fish & Frags to the rescue..... after saving our fish, we found a tank online with their help and they went with us to pick it up to make sure it was good buy. Our new tank is up and running and doing better than ever. When we were ready to add fish they order the ones we wanted. We would have no hesitation recommending Fish & Frags to anyone.
My experience with this business was terrible. His mark up on a tank I was going to order through "his contact" was about 20%. He also quoted one price for labor, but after he got angry about me cancelling the tank order, he raised that price drastically, telling me that higher labor rate was because I didn't order the tank and other items through his store. He seems to have a lot of knowledge about aquariums, but his customer service is terrible.
One of my favorite stores. Friendly knowledgeable owners who truly care.
