We had a rough day. Traveling home after Christmas with family and our vehicle had issues causing us to stay over in Fort Collins overnight. Not only did your local Ram dealership step up and take care of us, we found a beautiful part of town and this amazing restaurant. If you are looking for a good seafood dinner, look no further than Jax Fish House in old town Ft. Collins. They have a number of gf dishes, including fried calamari that was so good we ordered another plate. The halibut was every bit as good as I have had in Alaska and the Shrimp and grits were amazing. They fly the fish in daily. Imagine a seafood restaurant that had no smell of fish. The servers and staff were very attentive when told my wife was celiac.
