Moved to Colorado a year ago and have been struggling with a finding a good (fresh) seafood place. Jax is the absolute closest. They receive fresh seafood from New England 7 days a week.
We have had THE best food and THE best service here. It's my favorite restaurant.
Our waiter Matthew was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the specials. Our meal was beautifully displayed on the plates, the meal had vibrant colors and exquisite flavor. I highly recommend the Old Fashioned, The Halibut and the Salmon. The oyster shots were spicy and delicious. Make sure to try the tiramisu for dessert! Our table was decorated and it was sweet. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic 6 year anniversary at Jax!
Best oysters. Food is great. Great atmosphere. Love the wall art. If you love sea food this is the best place.

It has been a minute since I've had some delicious seafood, living in Fort Collins. I was highly satisfied with Jax! The surf and turf was amazing! Give them a try, you shouldn't be disappointed. ps.. The cornbread is a MUST
