Grat guys to work with
We've placed two orders over the last couple of years for a total of 14 windows and couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the windows are superb. Steve Boes was so professional and easy to work with. The installation team was very careful, skilled, and left the house spotless. We highly recommend them.
I had the privilege of speaking with Steve Marlo before my arrival. He promptly answered my call and took immediate ownership of my request. Steve is incredibly personable and professional. He understands that a customer’s positive shopping experience begins on the phone, not when they step through the front door. Ordering and dealing with the guys at Fischer window has been more than frustrating. We have a large portion of our marvin fiberglass casement windows that will not close after being left open for 24 hours. I was told by Marvin AND Fischer that the casement windows sashes can warp when left open for long periods of time. The are brand new windows, less than 30 days old. Our experience with Fischer Window and Door was extremely disappointing. After spending hours exploring their showroom, discussing options, and having them come out to measure our windows, they refused to provide a quote—without any explanation. This has cost us valuable time and put us in a difficult position as we move forward with our project. Their lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, and I would caution others before investing time with this dealership.
