Our experience with Fischer Window and Door was extremely disappointing. After spending hours exploring their showroom, discussing options, and having them come out to measure our windows, they refused to provide a quote—without any explanation. This has cost us valuable time and put us in a difficult position as we move forward with our project. Their lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, and I would caution others before investing time with this dealership.
Very helpful finding the part I needed and had it ready for me when I arrived. Staff was friendly and customer focused.
In December, the Fisher Window people replaced 14 windows in our home. Nobody in the house was incovenienced. They left their work areas spotless, the windows look terrific and the difference in heating benefit is obvious. These new windows were Harvey windows that were equal in quality and composition to the highest priced replacement windows on the market, which we had priced for the same work. Rather frustrating experience. Ordered our windows and patio door in February. Fisher quoted a delivery date nearly 16 weeks out and they missed it...by a lot. Our patio door was delivered almost 6 weeks behind the quoted date. The main issue is that at the time of purchase we looked their products and Pella. We chose Fisher, though we paid more, because the timing they shared with us would meet the timeline for the rest of our project which included siding the exterior.
