Initially it was very pleasant working with the owner. Never came to residence to judge the amount of packing or how many workers would be needed. Gave an estimate over the phone and by email. Ended up costing me over a $1,000.00 more then the estimated quote .They were being paid to pack and unpack. They did not unpack the boxes due to unforeseen circumstances but was still charged for unpacking and an additional $1,000.00. When questioned by my son the owner became verbally abusive. This business is a Scam! Fraud! I reached out to this company because I have a concussion and needed help packing with a move home to help with recovery. I was quoted $1900. Three men were sent out to pack, I believe two were new employees, because they didnt seem to know what they were doing. They also seem to do a lot of talking and walking around aimlessly. We hired ************************************************* to move a tree which I understood is an unusual request, but it's a tree that's important to us and they came recommended by the garden center where we bought it. Our Office Manager was clear on the tree's importance, value, and dimensions when she booked the reservation. Unfortunately, the men they sent out were unprepared and didn't come with a truck tall enough to stand the tree up inside.
