Good experience with the dentists over the years, no complaints there. However, the receptionist is VERY rude. I have been a patient there for over 30 years and this has been my consistent complaint (first time leaving a review). I have heard this over and over from those who I have recommended as patients, as well, along with family members. My advice for front end staff.... If you don't like dealing with the public, move on to a job where you are not the face of the office.
They were aware I was running late i ended up being 15 minutes late . I was told Immediately you missed your appointment we will call you if something comes up.. I been a patient for over 30 years i felt that was a rude response .. At least they could have schedule me for another appointment .. its not like I haven’t waited more then 15min in the waiting room..I guess they are doing real well and don’t need my businesses..
The staff is incredibly rude. I was made an appointment for one procedure and returned to find them prepping me for different procedure, without my permission. They constantly change appointments last minute. I cannot warn you more strongly, stay away!
Love this place and have been going for a decade now. My hygiene is not great and I am paying the price. This is no fault of the dentist and he has worked hard to keep me in a full set of teeth.
Staff are very rude!!!!
Had to return multiple times for the same issue. Always felt rushed and office staff less than friendly.
