There was not one person at this dealership who wasn't awesome. My salesperson, Brandon, was fantastic, as was Bev, who processed my paperwork. I drove almost 100 miles from mid-Michigan to get my vehicle here, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Wouldn't be straight forward about the "pull tab" promotion they have going on. Wanted me to compare my winning ticket to my flyer to make sure the "numbers" matched up. When I asked to speak to a manager I got "Doug" who was very rude. Answered the phone as sales then when I said I needed a manager he was that too. He kept cutting me short and then hung up. Uses very dishonest marketing, google "Money Carlo" A very bad dealership tricking thousands into thinking they won. Make every effort not to use this Honda dealership!
