Complete rip off. You had my sister wait 2.5 hours and charged her $130 for a diagnostic which wasn’t completed. Another former Honda dealership mechanic later fixed the issue within 3 minutes and told her the issue would have appeared on the diagnostic test, which clearly wasn’t completed. You’ll be hearing from her. If you don’t refund her, her attorney has recommended taking you to small claims court. Shameful.
I just leased a 2018 CR-V and I'm really happy with the vehicle and my experience. In the few days I've had it, I feel really comfortable in the ride and usability.
