Do not do business with anyone under this name unless you want to be harassed, intimidated and retaliated against if you report rats, removal of property when you’re away by management, and countless other instances of tenant harassment.
Most unprofessional company I've heard of. Posting on behalf of a current tenant who is afraid of retaliation from her property manager at Fisch. It has gotten to the point where my friend has brought up valid concerns to her property 'manager' and they have only been dodging every call, email and request for appointment. Fisch Properties really is the best management company I have ever rented from. They are incredibly responsive and helpful with any requests, which are rare since they take such wonderful care maintaining the building. It really is such a nice environment to come home to every day! Also, as a single woman living alone, I have always felt safe in the building thanks to the security cameras, locked main entrance and the fact that the building manager lives on the ground floor.
