Love this bike shop. I took the plunge and purchased my first cargo bike here a few years ago, with the help of Victoria! I was able to test ride before hand, with the accessories I was interested in & my kid in tow. I continue to come for bike maintenance and for any bike related needs. Turn around times are quick! Any questions I’ve had are always well received, answered honestly and I’m never made to feel stupid (per my experience at other shops).

I can't thank Firth & Wilson + Transport Cycles enough for packing and shipping my bike in time for the holidays. The service and attention Victoria and her team provided at their Fishtown location was top notch. My bike made the 1000 mile trip in fine shape, and arrived over a week ahead of schedule! Transport Cycles communicated with me by phone, text and email -- then followed up the service with tracking information and a billing receipt. The initial, quoted price was spot on. This Place has amazing customer service Victoria rocks ! I had my se lager shipped there and in no time it was assembled and ready ! Totally helped with tires seat and alllllll my questions! Thanks again

Brompton owner since 2010, and a customer here for maintenance since 2021. This shop offers honest and professional service for everyone, to the point where the price premium for a new bicycle won’t yield a more valuable overall experience, or priority service, other than factory warranties, so I might recommend saving the money for premium experiences and purchasing used gear instead.
