absurdly patronizing
I don't live close by,but this is the only bike shop I'll use.Nice folks,but more importantly,they know their stuff.I came in right after they reopened from vacation,I needed a battery connector.They didn't have it,but were nice enough to check,and offer advice.Highly recommend,and they have a really cool store/shop.
Firth & Wilson Transport Cycles is the top destination in the city for pedal bikes and e-bikes, thanks to its extremely friendly staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. I wholeheartedly recommend it for all your needs.
I definitely would recommend coming here out of all the other bike shops in Philadelphia they are not greedy they give out good prices unlike others this place is very good at fixing bikes and also don’t take a long time come here if you actually want your bike fixed for a low price!!! I got both my e-bike and mountain bike tires fixed for a very low price definitely come here this place is the best in Philadelphia!!!!
This is everything you want a shop to be! Friendly people, clear communication, top notch mechanics and I'd say the prices might even be a little too low.
