I have received a call from First Source Advantage at 9:04 am this morning. I didn't not respond to the call. I do not answer calls from numbers in which I do not recognize. I looked them up online and found out that they are collection agency. I simply can't understand as to why they should be calling me. I have no outstanding debts. My credit card accounts are all closed. My bills are all paid. I see absolutely positively no reason at all for them to be calling me. I want them to stop calling me. They sent a collection notice for a place I have never done business with, I called them and they didn't want to hear that they may have the wrong person. Said I should send proof in writing that I have not done business with the company, how can a person have proof if they have never gotten a bill or statement or any kind of proof that they have in fact done business with them, this company should be required to research the claim enough to provide proof and not just take it for granted that they have the right person

Our records reveal Mr. ********** spoke with our office on 3/14/18 and the agent was able to verify the correct party was on the line. Mr. ********** advised the agent that he was disputing this account as belonging to him and the agent requested that the customer send a letter to our office disputing the account, which is policy when a verbal dispute is received. Harassing phone calls. I have 3 numbers, home, work and cell. They call on each 2-3 times everyday. Not sure what they are calling about. No letter received. No email available that doesn't force you to accept their requirements that they can contact you anytime they want. I want the email record...not a phone call they can record.
Since September, 2015, First Source Advantage has been issued a check directly through my bank to pay off an **** bill. For some reason, they never debited my account for November and I've been sent to another collection agency which says I'm delinquent. I called FSA and they have no information on me, even though I have a contract and a reference number.
