FirstService Residential has been tasked with sending a replacement gate fob and pool key. After 3+ months and numerous promises every week that they were taking care of it, neither item has been delivered. We cannot, in good faith, recommend this company to those considering a property management partner. Hopefully they are able to improve their fulfillment of promises and resolution times soon.
I have now called 3 times asking for help with charges on my quarterly HOA account at Two Rivers. Every single time I had to walk them through my issue and they were absolutely useless, besides saying someone will call me back. The Portal is poor, too, I cannot find any statements and no explanation for a lot of transactions showing, credits being added, then reversed. No accountability, no transparency, no knowledge. We just moved into MiraBay and so far we have had a wonderful interaction with our HOA! Lesly was super helpful and directed me through the process since this was my first time! I am very thankful for her! We got our approval super quick! Nothing but great things to say about our HOA!!
