The 101 has The Best staff! Our manager, Cassie, goes above & beyond to insure everyone's happiness & safety. She's extremely knowledgeable & experienced & takes care of everything with ease & professionalism. Our front desk people Shannon, Marles, & Russel are a pleasure to have as our greeters & communicators and are both helpful & hospitable to both residents & visitors. Steve & Randy do a terrific job keeping our building safe, running well and looking good. I feel so lucky to have such a great team here!
The concierge staff is outstanding. Shannon knows everything that’s going on in the building and is waiting to help any resident with any request. Marles is the first to greet you with a warm smile and a question for how she can be of service. Russell is a very friendly, calm professional who knows how to help without asking. We have always been impressed with the quality of service, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff provided. Marles has been a ray of sunshine and great addition to the team. She provides a level of hospitality unmatched in the past. Five stars all the way!
Steve, Cassie, Shannon, and all of the staff at the 101 Condo in downtown Sarasota always go above and beyond and are amazing! They are pleasure to work with and make our building community really feel like home and keep it in tiptop shape in the most professional way. Thank you all!
