We have been working with Lesly Candelier at Mirabay on getting our architecture improvement project approved, She has been a great project manager and very informative on the guidelines. Lesly is very responsive with all of our community questions and is always looking for ways to improve our community and make it an enjoyable place to live.
I am fairly new to HOA communities. Our HOA Manager in our community Lesly Candelier at First Service Mirabay heard my concerns (elections for board members), first by email, then she followed up by email and called me. Lesly recognized it was important enough to discuss the issues with me over a call so I could fully understand the process. In my opinion, this kind of response is exceptional. I truly appreciate her kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to assist me in this matter.
