Our HOA uses First Service and I am very happy with the service I just received specifically from Lesly, our HOA representative. We submitted an application for a project and it was rejected during the HOA meeting for small issues and we were told we had to wait a month. Lesly went ahead and got it approved for us the same day it was rejected. Such a huge relief and all thanks to her attentiveness!!
I had the privilege of working with Lesly Candelier at FirstService Residential as a new resident of the MiraBay community. She was so incredibly helpful in helping me get setup in the portal, in answering all of my questions and in helping me understand all the ins-and-outs of dealing with an HOA. She was incredibly responsive to email - almost unheard of these days! She was friendly, welcoming and professional. I'm very satisfied with my experience with FirstService Residential.

I live in The Cascades in Sarasota FL. Jessina Burgos is our Property Manager and Gwen Giles is the Assistance Property Manager from First Service Residential. Both of these women are professional at all times, very diversified, and knowledgeable in all fields. They are faced daily with the challenges of managing a 55 plus community, and they handle everyone with kindness and grace. They work well with vendors and are excellent communicators. They are a pleasure to work with.
I have lived at Cascades of Sarasota for over 18 years, and First Service is by far the best management company we have ever had. What makes this company the best are their employees.
