On Thursday Aug 27th I received a Notice of Late Assessment from FS Residential stating I had not paid my HOA fees that were due in July. They had added a late fee and a $60 fee with the threat of taking me to collections. I logged into my account and confirmed that auto pay was on and that my bank information was correct for an auto draft.
