As a homeowner and Committee chair and Co chair, I have had the pleasure of working with Todd Vance for 2 1/2 years.He is knowledgeable, pleasant and just plane easy to work with. He gets the job done as well as treating everyone with equally well. He will surely be missed. Our loss is someone else's great gain. Good Luck Todd.
Jessenia Burgos is a relatively new manager in the Cascades at Sarasota and works diligently to handle the multitude of issues that our community encounters. She and her Assistant Manager Guen Gile interact with the residents respectfully and follow up with them to ensure that issues are resolved. We find them both a pleasure to deal with.
I am in the Enclave at Richmond Place in New Tampa. Over the past 5+ years, this condo community has transitioned from average to outstanding. Thanks to Don Egnor’s leadership. He is hands down the best in the property management business. Five stars.
I have a worst experience with this office.For the last two years they have been sending me letters and yesterday I received a final notice for submitting a lease document on the property where the owner is staying and this was never leased to anybody. they never update their office records and keep on sending reminder notices. Please beware of their actions. They do not deserve any ratings.
