I live in the Dorchester Community. I had a minor issue that I requested a courtesy to address it. I sent an email to Crystal Johnson and she took care of it immediately. I appreciated the quick response from Ms. Johnson. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
I’ll be very frank: I never expected to leave a five-star review for FSR. For the first 4 years living in my building, Logan 13, the level of service from FSR was largely so unacceptable that the Board had to take on a substantial amount of work to compensate for poor management. We tried again and again to raise with FSR management and sometimes got band-aids for individual problems, but the systematic problem of low-quality staffing remained.
