This is the worst HOA company in San Francisco. We haven't heard back about getting our name on the screen. Emails have been sent about broken windows and no one responds to us. It's been a nightmare dealing with them.

This company is completely unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely harmful to employees and customers. Leaders in my division were unprofessional and hired/promoted employees on a whim without verifying any qualifications, leading to a ridiculous turnover rate and public firings. Within one year, we went through three different GMs. The final FS employee who was randomly appointed the position of AGM stopped showing up for work and gave no excuse for her absence. May we curse here? I can't say enough bad things about them. If you want to attempt to deal with a faceless, non-local, and often non-responsive bureaucracy, this is the company for your HOA. Along with the HOA board, they appeared to be involved in proposing an enormous assessment for a repair later determined to be unnecessary after pushback from HOA member owners. There must be better options.

Residence of our building have reported losing access to hot water, brown water coming out of their faucets, and water leaking out of the bathroom walls. We reported some of these issues to Darryl Williams, Mae Ong, and Breda Doran almost a week ago and they've been completely MIA. Please know that this company and this "team" of people will do nothing to help you in emergency situations when your unit is nearly un-livable.
