I’ve had a consistently poor experience with this property management company. Their lack of professionalism and failure to address basic management duties is unacceptable. Furthermore, my interactions with Sergey Gorokhovsky have been deeply unprofessional; the level of communication felt more like harassment than management. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

We employed FirstService Residential (FSR) at our HOA for 5 years. The quality of people employed is questionable. FSR's first property manager was nice but lazy. The second property manager was nasty and uneducated. We were thrilled when our Board dumped this company. On-site and back office support was consistently unprofessional.

Kaylee Tredinnick was so helpful to me and so efficient! I live in Ocean Colony and I I lost my pedestrian gate key which I use every day. She was very thoughtful and made sure I was able to get a new one right away. We are lucky to have someone to so capable and also nice as our HOA manager. manager!

I am a new resident of a FS Residential extensive property on the Northern California coast. Although stunning, as a gated community, it's also a bit complicated in some respects. In addition to managing total upheaval from the move, I ran head long into a couple of these idiosyncrasies. Loren Santos, the Assistant General Manager at Parc Telegraph, has consistently gone above and beyond in his role with the HOA. He genuinely cares about the community and always takes the time to listen and find thoughtful solutions. It’s clear that Loren takes pride in his work, and our building is better for it.
