Emily Crowe was wonderful getting us set up with the access cards, did it before the long weekend eventhough it was a friday afternoon and not the usual procesing time just so our kids can enjoy the weather and the amenities. We feel welcome already!

I have been a resident owner at Smart Corner since 2011 and have seen many management teams over the years. I use the term team loosely because the current team of Nerissa, Sammy, and Michael are the first time in my memory that we have had more than one person in management. I can guarantee you that the difference is unbelievable. Before Nerissa came here it was difficult for a resident to be able to talk with management because management was one person.
