We missed one HOA assessment dues payment at the beginning of our ownership of a condo in Mer Soleil. Tried for years to get to the bottom of why we were constantly being charged late fees and interest every month, but FirstService Residential refused to be transparent with us and let us know the cause of the "delinquency".
