Compliments to Silvio Lopez and the Del Sur Community First Service Residential Team. Over the weekend, I experienced an urgent water/irrigation issue, and both the HOA staff and Del Sur landscapers went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about helping me. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
I wanted to share my amazing experience with the Del Sur Community Association. We had a water irrigation mishap that was caused by unruly tree roots. Silvio, Darren and Chad went above and beyond to help remedy all the issues. They were very personable and knowledgeable. Chad and his Brightview team were kind and professional. First Service Residential is the premier property management currently handling The Village By Robinhood's 222 unit community. The professionalism and effort their team consistently provides for the HOA board as well as the homeowners is first rate. First Service is great at coordinating with contractors, overseeing repairs and advising our HOA board on current budget issues. Mayumi Abe has been a joy to work with on the landscape committee as well as interacting with her as a homeowner. She is kind, responsive and knowledgeable.
We needed a tree trimmed and Silvio and his team were super responsive in reaching out and scheduling an assessment. They even went as far as assessing risk and recommending it be cut down, but personally called me to confirm that this was okay. Great service!
