This company is a JOKE. I changed my payment method at the end of March and i paid like every single month those $158 HOA fees, i don't know why the payment didn't go through and they charged me $25 returned check fee.. i made the payment again, same thing happened and they charged me $25 again, now im $50 dollars deep into this. Never had a bad experience here via phone or in person.
I received a notice in the mail from a debt collection company about my HOA not being paid. My hoa fees were on autopay and must have stopped. I have had my wallet stolen several months back and must not have changed it. Nobody called me. Nobody sent me letters. Nothing. I get a letter from a debt collector. Saying it’s in default. I call first service and no contact. I call again and get someone. I get put on hold for a while so they can get a manager for me. As a land lord with properties in different communities they all have the same management company, they are the worse I have ever seen!!! Slow to respond if they do at all!! They have more excuses or reasons for the poor service.
Zero stars would be the correct rating. FSR is morally bankrupt, incompetent, unqualified, unemphatic, unethical, totally dishonest, self serving and they hide like cowards from being held accountable when they make mistakes. Can't get them on the phone when emailing doesn't suffice to resolve the problem. I really believe that FSR believes they can't be held accountable and can get away behaving any way they want . They really enjoy causing problems for residents. Words can not truly describe how awful FSR management is.
