Our community at fourseasons westshore in natomas did have Jessica Smilie as our life style coordinator. When she left, they brought in a new manager who does nothing to enhance our neighborhood. He spends a majority of his time in his office, but it's his rude and down right nasty attitude to residents that has hurt this community. It’s been a while since Jessica Smillie was at Four Seasons at Westshore, but we were remembering how great it was when she was here. As treasurer of the Events committee I worked closely with her. She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. She was always professional but she was also warm and welcoming. She genuinely cared about the well being of our community and all of its residents, and went out of her way to help in any way she could.

I am a Fitness vendor who has worked with General Manager, Jessica Smillie at multiple Homeowners Associations, the most recent is at Heritage Lakeside. She is a true professional and builds great relationships with residents and vendors. She is one of a kind and Heritage Lakeside is so lucky to have her!!!

Machelle Gardner has done an outstanding job serving our community.
