Heritage Lakeside is truly blessed to have Jessica Smillie as general manager. Since her arrival I have been most impressed with her attention to detail, sense of urgency and follow through. She is NOT afraid to get her hands dirty, nor challenge the status quo! As a former administrator I recognize exceptional talent when I see it, and Jessica checks all of the boxes. Professional, personable, competent, and not afraid to roll up her sleeves! Trust me, her skill set is a rarity in today’s market…

I've a vendor at Heritage Lakeside in Elk Grove, and Jessica has been my point of contact for several months now. She has been helpful, organized, and personable each time we've interacted. I do work at a few other similar communities, and Jessica has the other guys beat!
