I've lived in my home for 20 years with no issues. Since this company took over our HOA management last year I have gotten close to a dozen violations sent to my address for my neighbors parking across the street from my house. Horrible horrible property management company. Never fix anything around the community but Karissa witter sure has time to harass home owners with fees weekly complained about her and now I’m being targeted weekly. Which i will be contacting a lawyer about.
I get a HOA but these people give me notices and fines for addresses that are not even mine! Then it takes 6 months of fighting to get it taken off. Also they keep raising the rates and for what? Gates that don’t work
