My experience with Linda Birdsong was exceptional. Not only was I pleasantly greeted at the reception area, she was attentive to my needs and looked over the paperwork I was delivering on the spot to ensure everything was in order so everything would be processed in a timely and efficient manner. I'm Arthur Lead at the Pullman and I want to compliment 2 concierges at our building. Their names are Taniesha and Tia. Taniesha's care and compassion for the job she does at the front desk does not go unnoticed. Even when handling a situation that is not favorable, she turns it into a positive and it works out for the good. Tia is also a plus. We just moved to Margaritaville and Debbie Saraf made me feel so comfortable when I walked in the gym. Always has a smile on her face and says hello to everyone as they enter the gym. I did not know how the fitness sign up for classes worked and how to apply my purchase package of classes worked. Debbie changed her gym hat to her pickleball hat and came out early in the morning to set up the pickleball tournament for Breast Cancer. I have been a condo owner for over 30 years of several condos along the Gulf Coast. I have never encountered a management company as terrible as this one when it comes to collecting HOA dues. It is an awful process when collecting HOA fees and they don't provide quarterly coupons on reminders. They use an autopay service that charges owners $100.00/transaction. I live at Del Webb in Mt. Juliet, TN. This week someone cancelled three events. None of them should have been cancelled and 2 of the events were with trade partners. Amanda, the manger at this property scheduled an move-in appointment for a neighbor. My neighbor went to the clubhouse only to be told that 'Amanda took the day off to prepare for her wedding.' A group of owners at Images Condominium are filing a complaint with DBPR against the board and FSRESIDENTIAL and the manager at Images for the outrageous increases of HOA they placed on the owners. Nearly a 200 percent increase in HOA. They send out letters persuading you to vote a certain way which is deceptive. The manager, Mrs Rubio gives herself a bonus and an increase every year meanwhile our HOA payment are being tripled and owners are going into financial ruins because of this.
