Deanna and her team are the quintessential management team and company. I have experienced many management companies in the life of an owner of condominiums. Deanna gives such a breath of fresh air in accommodating HOAs. She is earnest in her pursuit to satisfy home owners. Her and her team efforts are diligent and highly professional. The absolute worst of the worst HOA's. Felicia Semuskie is the Community Manager. She will not return your phone call for anything. I've left message after message asking for an update on a service request on my property and she will flat out refuse to call back, same response rate for emails. The HOA will NOT properly maintain the property. Ask any resident and all you will hear is complaints. If I knew this before purchasing the property, I would have avoided this place. Run away if these people manage a property!!!!!
