My experience with FirstService Residential is through Naomi Sharp at the Brandermill Community Association. She has been very professional, responds quickly, and has provided excellent customer service.
Over the past year I have made several request to have debris removed from common areas and road side that are supposed to be maintenance by Brandermill and had basically no response or we'll schedule it. I ran down John Paul one morning while he was making his rounds and expressed my frustrations. He was willing to listen, explained how things should work and made a call on his radio.
