Over the past year I have made several request to have debris removed from common areas and road side that are supposed to be maintenance by Brandermill and had basically no response or we'll schedule it. John Montervino is an outstanding maintenance supervisor. We live in Westwood Village Condominiums and tried for almost 2 years to get our sheetrock repaired after a Sprinkler leak. After John came on-board he had the repair scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. Way to go John!!
