I've had the best experience I think I've ever had with Customer Service. Sara Morones our Community Manager was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to help get all my documents ready for approval. Sara communicated each step very responsive and was able to get my approvals needed to redo our front yard landscaping. We were expecting posibbly up to 30 days for approval however it was complete in the same week. Well Done and thank you very much.
Not a lot ever gets spoken on the positive side when it comes to HOAs but I recently had to put in a request to do some things on my property and had the pleasure of dealing with Megan Holcombe. She was quick in her responses and got me the documents I needed to submit and put in my request and it was closed in a week! Talk about quick! Definitely made my experience stress free which is lovely!
