Sunland Springs Village has been managed by FirstService Residential since it was developed, over 20 years ago. General Manager Kathy Fowers has served this community for 11 of those years. She is an amazing leader and an inspiration to the entire team. She consistently strives to do what is best for the community and the residents. We are lucky to have her!
Sara Morones is the best! We absolutely LOVE attending the Bella Via marketplace festivals. It brings so many people in the community and surrounding areas together, it supports local small businesses, and is a great source of entertainment for local residents! I hope she continues to plan events like this for a long time to come!
We always enjoy being part of the Coffee and News events with Tasha and her team. Everything is so well organized, and the turnout is always great, many of the attendees are Tri-City Cardiology patients! It’s such a fun way to connect with the community and share heart health information. Tasha is wonderful to work with, and we really appreciate the partnership!
