I want to thank Stephanie Martinez for answering all my clients questions about the Islands HOA. Usually when I call an HOA no one answers the phone or the person answering the phone has no information. Sometimes it will take days to get a response. Stephanie called me back as I was leaving a message. She gave me all the information needed. She even offered to talk directly to the client if needed. Great job!
When I needed to repaint my house, working with my community representative was a pleasure. But their autopayment processor is truly awful. Every few payments, it breaks and stops taking money. When I get around to noticing it, they have charged a handful of late/processing fees. I fix it, it works a couple times, and then it breaks again. This time I didn't notice they didn't take the money, they didn't contact me, and they sent my account to collections. Not a single email or phone call.
