Shady Hoa fees in practice. Tried to pay HOA fees because we got behind. FSR says oh, it's in collection. You have to pay our Attorney. Called Attorney and FSR for weeks, received no results. Meanwhile, charged us over $447 in fees, when THEIR Attorney avoided my calls for weeks, until my Husband threatened to get a lawyer if he didn't return his call.
Tyler Dupee is a real asset to Liberty Hill Farms as our Community Manager. He is very responsive, thoughtful and considerate, and a real pleasure to deal with. He takes care to weigh the concerns of all the neighbors.
If you’re looking for a condo in the Mount Pleasant area, go see Mrs Jackie Bull at the Meridian, she will definitely take care of you. First Service Residential is a great property management company. We have done a lot of work on the Meridian complex and Mrs Jackie and the team is great to work with.
