I love working with the property managers at FSR, especially Miranda. She works hard for her clients, she's very knowledgeable and communicates clearly.
Jackie Bull, the manager of the Meridian's HOA in Mount Pleasant, is one of the best property managers I've ever had the chance to work with. She is proactive, not reactive, which is a trait I think more people in her industry should strive for. It's always nice to work with and for nice people, thank you Jackie!
Company is slow to respond and fails to address needs.
God awful. We deal with a Tyrant named Sherry. She fined us (first fine since living here for over 5 years) for parking partially in the grass to ensure the street remained safe for the school buses/kids. I included a picture of the vehicle partially in the grass and clear from the street for the bus at 8:40 am. Next day we parked on the street (you can see the safety issues). Sherry refused to wave the fine and clearly stated that the HOA does not care about the safety of kids in this community or the community in general. ... read more
Our neighborhood has had a very positive experience with our HOA management company, First Service Residential, and a large part of that is due to Miranda. There were some issues that we were dealing with from multiple previous managers and she jumped right in and was able to resolve many of the outstanding issues with in her first few weeks of being assigned as our manager.
