I have been contacting First Residential for the last 2 weeks trying to get someone from the management team to return my calls and I have yet to get a call back. I have called multiple times sent multiple emails and nothing. There is an active leaks in not only my unit but in other units within my building and First Residential is choosing not to address. They are stating that they are not planning to replace the roof for a couple more years without coming to physically look at the condition of the roofing now to access the... read more
