Miranda was a big help in getting a tree removed from my yard after a storm. Quick response time and a pleasure to deal with through the process
If I could give negative stars I would. Reported a safety concern issue, took them 2 weeks to respond with “we don’t deal with that but we do deal with ___” (my issue 500% fit the category of things they would deal with) I have now called 5 times for clarity on their email, I have gotten one email saying everything the response to my report said, with zero clarity on what I was asking and a bunch of “workers” telling me they sent in requests for someone to call me. The FSR team in Charleston is great to work with. I work for a maintenance and construction company, and we work together with the team at FSR to assist with projects in their communities. I work with tons of property management companies, but FSR stands out as always wanting the best for their residents, board members and communities. The entire team is great!
