If I could give this terrible service a zero, I would !!!! $ 370.00 a month and you can never communicate with a human other than their portal !!! Zero in customer Service !!! The worst ever,they just take your money and you get no service
Tyler Dupee has been wonderful to work with. Extremely organized, efficient, great communicator and always brings a solution when expressing a problem. His annual meetings are smooth and professional whether meeting via zoom or in person. Very impressive!! Top notch manager!
Impossible to get in contact with someone
If I could give them a zero, I would. The most incompetent people, no customer service, never able to talk to anyone because they don’t respond. They charge exorbitant monthly fees for no service!! Don’t do it, you will be frustrated and miserable!!!
Yes I stopped by yesterday to get a contact phone number or email address to contact the representative over South point estates to get confirmation about when after almost 3 years will the only entrance that we have in and out of this subdivision get completed. I was given a email address to contact someone. However the email address cannot deliver. It is not active or correct. Guess they didn't want to answer me after all. The email that I was given was Residentsupport.east@fsresidential not a working email address
