They have un experienced people working here, waiting over 5 months for a Renewal and the office never has an answer. I am about to pay for an attorney.
Garbage company. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return voicemails. Pathetic. All should be fired.

Worse service . Worse customer service. I have been trying to contact somebody thru emails , phone calls and mail for almost a month and nobody have the courtesy to respond. My mother is an elderly and sick person and they don't any consideration. The manager NEVER answer. When you call FirstService they take your message and is like wasting your time.
