First Service for the Wildstone complex in Calgary has the worst customer service. When you submit an issue (if the website even works), you will typically get a generic response from someone that your concern will be sent to the community manager for action. But you will never hear back after that. The ‘community manager’ is not responsive and doesn’t care at all. Regarding the Business Practices of First Service Residential's business practices (840 7 Ave SW #1100, Calgary, AB, T2P 3G2) I've been utilizing First Service Residential's mandatory billing platform "ClickPay" for several years without issue. When this account was set up I registered AutoPay for all charges including special assessments. A special assessment was charged to the account on 11/01/2025, but was not processed by their platform as authorized by the account holder.
