i’d give them zero if i could. the absolute worst property management company i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. zero communication from any sort of management, unanswered maintenance requests/insane wait times for them when they do get answered, lack of transparency, and everything is always someone else fault or problem. ridiculous rental prices for trash units and with no option for any sort of long term rental/lease agreements, they just want to cycle people in and out as fast as they can. slap a new coat of ... read more
