Purchased a home, the organization sent me a invoice of $500 one year later said that it was outstanding. And I was forced to pay it. The lawyer said they had no knowledge of this outstanding either. Just FYI, be careful with this company.
As an owner of a condo, I contacted First Residential and received an extremely quick response. Chrissy Thomson was quick to respond to my question, and was very professional and friendly. It is always nice when you feel that your property management is efficient and responds in a timely manner.
Nicole Martinez handled one of my parking requests basically as soon as I sent my request was sent in. She asked in her resolution email if she could be of any further assistance so I took advantage and I gave her a second request and that to was resolved shortly there after.
Absolute joke of a company. False charge backs, high administrative fees and abysmal communication. The worst property management company I've ever dealt with.
I had a great experience, I overpaid my fees and levy. Nicole was quick and supportive fixing my issue. Thank you
